My son Jack who is a First Home buyer and we approached Action Loans through a referral. The vendor was seeking 30 days settlement and with John's professionalism and experience, we managed to pull through this " mission impossible " The First Home Owners Grant application was also lodged with the loan application and approved right on time at settlement. I have recently settled on a block of land.
